The New Najdi House
Heritage without pastiche — translating Najdi courtyards, thresholds and shadow into contemporary homes.
The old houses of Najd understood luxury long before the word was marketed. Thick walls for silence. Courtyards for privacy. Triangular apertures that turned sunlight into ornament.
Our Modern Riyadh collection is an act of translation, not imitation. We do not apply heritage motifs to contemporary walls; we ask what each element was for, and answer with today's materials — limestone instead of mud brick, bronze instead of carved gypsum, but the same intelligence of shade.
A house that remembers where it stands will never go out of fashion.
