Project Story: Villa Al Nakheel
Eighteen months, one family, and a house designed around the movement of light.
Every project begins with a question. For Villa Al Nakheel it was deceptively simple: where does the family actually sit at five in the afternoon?
The answer — a forgotten corner of the old garden — became the heart of the new plan. The main salon now opens westward through a colonnade of limestone, catching the exact light the family had been chasing around their old house for years.
Luxury, we find, is rarely about more. It is about designing precisely for the life that is already there.
