A Day Inside the Studio

Material libraries, morning light studies and long conversations — how a NOURA project actually takes shape.

A Day Inside the Studio

Mornings begin in the material library. Before any drawing is opened, samples are laid on the big oak table — stone next to timber next to fabric — and moved around until something quietly agrees.

By afternoon the studio turns to light: renders are reviewed only at the times of day they depict. A majlis rendered at noon tells you nothing about how it will feel at nine in the evening, when it will actually be used.

It is slow work, deliberately. The homes we design will outlive every trend cycle; the least we can do is refuse to hurry them.
