The Olaya Penthouse

Concept

An urban sanctuary above the skyline — dark elegance tempered by warm bronze light and soft, tailored fabrics.

Perched over Olaya's towers, the penthouse needed intimacy at altitude. We introduced a palette of smoked oak, dark marble and mohair, framing the city as a living artwork. A sculptural bronze staircase anchors the double-height salon; at night, concealed lighting turns the stone walls into quiet lanterns.
